Enoteca, Italian for "wine cellar," teams superb appetizers with splendid wines. More than 35 wines are served by the glass, and a special appetizer menu recommends fare to accentuate the taste of each. Enoteca drops the "let's party" vibe prevalent in many other casinos and is instead a relaxed, smoke-free place to hang out and unwind.
